During Sue's nightshift week, she ended up having a lot of time during the day to spare. We chose to fill this with a couple of lovely Autumn days worth of activities around Pitlochry. These photos are from a walk we did to the West of Pitlochry, The Clunie Walk. Yes, that is snow on the peaks to the North - we're hoping to get some skiing in soon!

Tea - Pitlochry
After the walk, we had a quick bite in a rather cheesy B+B in Pitlochry - the Christmas decorations are going up outside the window, and the hill in the distance is one that we climbed on the walk.

A couple of days later, we got some bike racks for the car, and headed back over to Pitlochry for a cycle around the East and South. We had a very pleasant stop an the Edradour Distillery, and came away with a bottle of cask strength. We also visited an ancient pictish stone, The Dunfallandy Stone.

On the way back into Pitlochry, we also stopped at the Blair Athol Distillery - part of the Bells empire - not as nice as the Edradour...
